Cryptoassets 2026: Business, Investing, Tax and Regulation<\/h2>\n\n

How do Slovaks tax income from cryptos? How many people declare the income? What security does MiCA regulation bring for crypto investors? Is it better to do business with cryptoassets in Slovakia or the Czech Republic? How difficult is it to get and “operate” a MiCA license and how much does it actually cost? And how do banks look at all these changes in 2026? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n

We represent or account for the majority of regulated entities in the crypto area in Slovakia, we were the first (and so far the last) tokenization of bonds by public offering in Slovakia, we have set up several crypto investment funds and we assist clients (including individual investors) in setting up legal and tax frameworks. We therefore have a lot to say on this topic and are very happy to be able to organise a smaller professional event again after the big crypto conference of 2024 with quality guests, where we will cover taxes, regulations and related practical pitfalls. <\/p>\n\n
