So this is another bomb 💣 Bulk filing at the Financial Services (FS) will be streamlined from 5,000 clicks to 25 clicks🤯 Every accountant/payroll clerk is stressed as the filing deadline approaches. From the VAT return, to the Control Statement, the Summary Statement and the Reports. Just out of curiosity, I did the math on how many clicks I have to do before I make one filing through FS and download both the statement and the receipt. It was through 3️⃣5️⃣ clicks🙆‍♂️. Let me tell you, if you manage 50 companies and file at least 3 statements for each, you have to process, save, sign, download, import, export every month: ➡️ 150 filings (VAT, KV, Overview or SV)
➡️ 150 reports (VAT, KV, Overview or SV)
➡️ 150 receipts (VAT, CV, Overview or SV)
➡️ 150 signatures on FS (if you do not have EZ-ou)
➡️ 5000 clicks (for 50 companies) on FS to complete these submissions (not including naming the statement and receipt, writing out the signature 150 times) From 2025 this will be over! 🙅‍♂️I am glad that we have joined forces with the Slovakia.Digital guys(Ján Suchal, Lucia Vladovičová) and started to develop a new functionality for GovBox PRO, which will automate and speed up the bulk submissions to FS for accountants and payroll workers alike.

✅ You export the relevant submissions (in xml) from your accounting software into a single folder
✅ You import all these submissions in bulk into GovBox PRO (via a few clicks)
✅ You can sign 150 submissions with one signature and send them
✅ Via GovBox you download receipts and statements in bulk (not one by one as on FS). The great thing about this is that: both receipts and statements will be named at the same time: Company name, statement type, period So what’s up, modern accountants and payroll people?
