We innovate. With Doklado we have developed smart functionality in the application not only for accountants. The Doklado app archives documents, extracts and transfers the data to the accounting software. Now it also adds the invoice itself (PDF/link) when transferring structured data. We are slowly getting used to the fact that the “starterpack” of the new-age accountant will also include an extraction app. We also already know that we are able to import the extracted data into the accounting software (in most cases). On 1 January 2022, an amendment to the Accounting Act came into force, which, among other things, states that if you comply with certain requirements (credibility, integrity of content and legibility of the accounting record), an invoice in electronic form (e.g. PDF) is sufficient to prove the accounting case. This is what my new flow will look like:
1️⃣ . I will upload the electronic documents to the application (me or the client)
2️⃣ . The application will extract the documents via OCR
3️⃣ . I will check and validate the extracted data (me or the client)
4️⃣ . I tag the extracted data and send it to the accounting software with one click
5️⃣ . In a few seconds the data is written in the accounting software even with the PDFs/links added And I really like this flow because:
✅ It’s faster
✅ I minimize errors
✅ I don’t use binders
✅ I don’t print paper unnecessarily Great thing is that you can use this app for 30 days for free 🤗. Well don’t try it 👌
