What will be the liquidity of Slovak real estate?

What will be the liquidity of Slovak real estate? Will (also because of the election result) foreign ones be more in the course? We will see. In any case, the demand for the creation of investment structures for platforms investing Slovak investors’ money in foreign real estate is growing in our regulatory and tax advisory services. In addition, recently adopted tax amendments allow for some investment structures to set up not only the payment of investors, but also the actual operational business of standard “target” companies so that no income tax is payable… Such tax and regulatory arbitrages (and opportunities) arise by default when various exemptions are enforced into the law in an unconceptual manner. In the short term, of course, this is also to our advantage – because setting up investment structures without full regulatory and tax advice may not be entirely efficient. In the long run, however, such arbitrages are a negative externality for the efficiency of the business environment. I also spoke about this in an interview with TA3(https://lnkd.in/ebtF-BmV ).
