THE ACCOUNTANT IN THE AGE OF DIGITALIZATION
I talked to HN-ko about why handing over crumpled documents in a euro envelope every month is not very efficient in 2024 😁 Many clients suffer from the fact that their accountant has learned old procedures that they do not intend to give up. Times have moved on and naturally the accounting craft has evolved with it. Technological advances are unstoppable. Instead of fighting it, it’s better to tune into its wave and let technology work for us. Or at least make our job easier by using it. Digitization and automation are not meant to be a bogeyman 👻. On the contrary, it’s meant to be a tool that helps get the job done more efficiently, faster and with less errors 👍 At Highgate Accounting, we seek out these technologies.
