Payroll accounting
We provide clients with standard monthly consulting and payroll accounting services as well as assistance in automating payroll processes to eliminate the manual aspects of certain phases of related procedures. In this regard, we therefore provide clients with:
- comprehensivepayrollmanagement;
- help with automating processes related to payroll accounting and reporting;
- advice on health and social security contributions for employers and employees individually;
- Advising on setting up employee stock and stock option plans (ESOPs);
- advising on the use of “tradesmen” and other contractors as labour instead of employees;
Automation
We try to communicate with our clients and set up the process of submitting attendance and salary information so that it is automatically fed into the accounting software. We want the client to have access to this information and be able to view their current employment status online in the context of all relevant details (e.g.: unused vacation, reserves, floating hours, etc.). At the same time, we assist clients in the implementation of accounting IT solutions and consult on their use in practice for the needs of the company’s accounting and related administrative agenda.
Tax advice
Not only for individual employees, but also for employers, information on the levy obligations as well as the rules for the payment of individual social insurance benefits is important for making a more informed decision. For this purpose, we concentrate on individual advice on, for example, the calculation and adjustment of maternity pay or the impact of early retirement pension entitlements and the like. We see this as an essential part of the modern accountant’s service.
At the same time, we also address other related topics:
- comparing the impact on maternity/pension for employees and for contractors (e.g. sole traders); or
- adjusting the remuneration of employees and contractors with a view to optimising health and social insurance.
Link to labour law
Payroll issues are not comprehensively covered unless legal advice is also part of the advice. That is why we help our accounting clients as a standard in labour law matters. The Labour Code, together with health and social insurance obligations, can make the employer’s factual as well as financial position significantly more uncomfortable at key moments. We therefore strive to provide our clients with relevant legal, tax and payroll advice and accounting under one roof.
