ENTREPRENEURS DESERVE EXISTENCE
Despite so-called legal pragmatism
The business environment is not entirely benign. Not only legislatively. There are various disrupters of the sustainable ecosystem (quasi-social enterprises, non-profit organisations paying lower/no taxes, tax cheats,…). And the state does not seem to have the ambition to address this in a systemic way. Raising taxes/levies only exacerbates the crisis.
The solution is not to reinforce this sentiment. That is the road to hell. The solution is to advise clients on how to operate more efficiently, but in accordance with objective law.
And that is exactly what our conference was supposed to be about. About legal pragmatism. For example, about how to:
➡️ponechať empty the state’s business for foreclosure as a pragmatic and arrogant procedural hedge in situations where the state does not have the capacity to interpret the law other than mechanistically (e.g., the shvarc system or taxation of income from foreign assets);
➡️nastaviť business structure and pay fewer taxes/taxes;
➡️nastaviť protective shields in defense of personal and corporate property.
From the content point of view, as a person who spent time on stage +- from 9.00 to 18.00, it is naturally not for me to evaluate whether we have fulfilled our commitment.
But from an organizational point of view, it was the biggest thing I’ve experienced in Slovakia. Many thanks to our organizing team (we organize our conferences internally).
Our task is to move Slovakia forward. Not only by general evangelisation, but also by making life in Slovakia more comfortable and predictable for Slovak entrepreneurs.
And our role is also to awaken people’s passion and respect for the law. Because acting in accordance with the law is the only just, moral and fair action that can be objectified.
And if we don’t do that, with the current marasmus, it boils down to two basic solutions:
➡️odchody from Slovakia; and/or
➡️”cash world”.
And that’s the road to hell.
