Peter Šopinec is COO at Highgate Accounting.
Prior to joining Highgate Accounting in 2017, Peter worked for 7 years in a production company where he was responsible for creating and setting up internal financial and technical processes.
Currently at Highgate Accounting, together with the external IT team, he is overseeing the implementation of technology as well as organisational tools and processes to streamline the delivery of accounting services and internal processes.
Peter is also responsible for the implementation of internal systems and the technical logistics onboarding of new accounting clients, where he sets up accounting and data flow as part of the digitisation of the accounting function.
As Peter has relevant accounting experience and knowledge of accounting software, this combination creates an effective and desirable element in the delivery of accounting services.
