We provide legal services to clients currently doing business with cryptoassets, as well as to clients interested in operating in this area as a regulated institution, on how to comprehensively prepare for the new MiCA regulation, including preliminary consultations with the National Bank of Slovakia on their (planned) business model and subsequent representation in the permitting (licensing) procedure.
We advise on the regulation and taxation of crypto assets, setting up and establishing crypto funds as well as on financing structures using tokenization of services, tangible and intangible assets (ICOs, UTOs, STOs).
We also advise the state in these areas.
We advise clients on the taxation of crypto transactions, tax optimization options, cross-border transaction structuring and the risks of administrative and criminal penalties.
