Individual solutions instead of across-the-board benefits: how companies can retain employees

Domov > Individual solutions instead of across-the-board benefits: how companies can retain employees

Today, employers face challenges in retaining quality workers, as many employees prefer trends such as sabbatical or job hopping. Conventional across-the-board benefits are often no longer sufficient to maintain employee loyalty, so companies are looking for individual reward and investment programs to incentivize employees to stay long-term.

One such programme is “WEM Employee Motivation”, implemented by the Slovak consulting group Highgate Group in cooperation with Wealth Effect Management under the name “Happy 13”.

This program allows employees to grow their wealth through regular monthly contributions from their employer, rewards for completing projects or excellent performance.

The program is flexible and adaptable for companies of different sizes, which allows its wide use.

The implementation of such individual and tangible benefits can significantly contribute to reducing employee turnover and increasing employee loyalty to the employer.
