Where do we advise?

We set up the necessary administration for our clients, both in terms of AML and expected reporting. However, we also aim to act as a business advisor, so it is not our purpose to necessarily complicate these elements of compliance. Not only do we try to set up the KYC/AML and reporting processes in accordance with the applicable legislation, but it is also in our interest that the project in question is functional and efficient.

We advise clients on the preparation of their own programme of activities, including all supporting documentation, such as KYC questionnaires, taking into account the client’s specific business model, its internal structure and the nature of the activities performed. At the same time, we also advise clients on various ad hoc issues that arise in the course of performing their KYC/AML obligations.

In the area of reporting, we advise clients on setting up and fulfilling their reporting obligations, for example to the National Bank of Slovakia if the client is a regulated provider of cryptoasset services. At the same time, our accounting team can also comprehensively cover the administration of reporting obligations.

At the same time, in the tax area, we also advise clients on their obligations towards the tax administration, including reporting information in accordance with the DAC 8 Directive, which aims to more effectively combat tax fraud and illegitimate tax optimization and creates a legal framework for the proper taxation of income from investments or payments into crypto-assets.
