In the field of IT law, we provide legal and tax advice in the preparation of contractual documentation related to software development, servicing and licensing. Our lawyers and tax advisors are equally experienced in setting up tax structures designed to optimize revenue from software development and licensing. We also provide comprehensive legal advice on the regulation of the processing of personal data.

We are one of the few in the Slovak Republic to provide clients with comprehensive tax and legal advice for companies, services and products using AI and blockchain technology. We provide comprehensive advisory services in the area of regulation and taxation of cryptocurrencies, setting up and establishing fund structures investing in virtual currencies, as well as in the area of regulatory analysis, design and implementation of financing structures for companies using tokenization of services, tangible and intangible assets (ICO, UTO, STO).

In 2019, we organized our first conference aimed at IT companies. In November 2022, we organized a unique two-day conference for IT digital and technology companies, where we addressed selected legal and tax topics related to the IT, digital and tech segments in a practical way, including tax-tax optimization, “employing freelancers”, investor entry into the company, setting up a holding company, automated accounting, ESOP structures or scaling the business abroad. In the 2022 Law Firm of the Year competition, we were awarded the highly recommended firm for Telecommunications and Information Technology Law and the recommended firm for Intellectual Property Law.
