Both small and larger Slovak or foreign investment funds investing in real estate enjoy constant high attention among Slovaks.
However, in addition to setting up fund structures, managers and real estate entrepreneurs also use various other regulatory regimes to raise capital.
These include bond financing, crowdfunding, promissory notes or conventional bank financing.
Alternative real estate-related assets are also gaining prominence nowadays.
In addition to technical and legal-administrative challenges, such as tokenisation of real estate, investors in our space are increasingly interested in investing directly in real estate abroad.
Jurisdictions such as the United Arab Emirates, Spain or Montenegro are particularly popular these days.
And managers/founders of such investment opportunities need information on the regulatory options for raising capital and the tax structures for such investments.
Thus, at the conference we will talk not only about small or larger funds, their establishment and operation, but also about the possibilities of establishing funds abroad and the opportunities for Slovak investors to invest in such funds.
We will also discuss the legal, tax and regulatory requirements for various alternative forms of raising capital, which are relatively frequently used in practice.
Last but not least, we will also look at various tax highlights (income tax and VAT) and tax optimization options for small as well as larger developments in Slovakia or abroad, as well as when setting up fundraising structures (Slovak and foreign funds, bond issues, crowdfunding, promissory notes, investment certificates, …).
Last but not least, we will also look at current investment sentiment and forecasts for the future.
These will be discussed by people with experience in raising capital, bank financing or communicating with investors.
You have a lot to look forward to.
